The importance of leadership
Understanding and building leadership is essential to the success of our organizations, our communities, and our lives. CM works with organizations to develop leadership capabilities throughout the enterprise. We work with teams through our Leadership in Action program.
Our philosophy of leadership can be reduced to these ideas:
- Leaders are made – not born, and are made by themselves more than any other means.
